To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Click on the "Initiate Return" button and follow the instructions to provide relevant details.
- Print the return label provided and affix it to the package.

 

**4. Return Shipping:**
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.

 

**5. Inspection and Refund:**
Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
