Basic Operating Instructions:
Unit change:
ensure thermometer is off, long press top botton for 6 seconds. 
current temperature unit will appear, press top botton to adjust.
Memory:
ensure thermometer is off, press top botton. Keep pressing top botton to scroll to previous temperature readings.
Body/object mode change:
on the side of the thermometer, move lever toward "head" icon for human temperature, toward "house" icon for object surface temperature.
