1. Time Frame for Returns:
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
3. How to Return:

Visit our website and log into your account.

Go to "Order History" and select the order with the item you wish to return.

Click "Initiate Return" and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Print out the provided return label and attach it to your package.
4. Covering the Cost of Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item gets back to us safely.
5. Receiving Your Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or process a refund.
