Losing weight can be a challenge, but the process of weight loss is simple!
The Ideal Protein Ketogenic Weight Loss Protocol is a medically developed 3 phase protocol containing 2 key components – weight loss and a healthier lifestyle education so that you are empowered to sustain your weight loss results over your life course. You'll be assisted by our own Weight Loss Coach in order to help you along your journey.
The diet consists of a low carbohydrate, low fat, and adequate protein intake. Used alongside a number of supplements and Ideal Protein Products to meet your daily nutrition needs and reach your weight loss goals.
